    All our products are intended to support general wellness and are sourced with care. We always recommend consulting your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
  • Do you ship across South Africa?
    Yes! We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, and tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp.
  • How should I store my products?
    Keep your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For Shilajit, reseal tightly and store in a cupboard or pantry — no need to refrigerate.
  • Can I buy your products in-store?
    We are currently an online-only store. However, pop-up events and retail partnerships may be announced in the future — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!
  • Do you accept returns or refunds?
    Due to the nature of our wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
  • Where do you source your mushrooms and Shilajit?
    Our medicinal mushrooms are lab-tested and sourced from reputable growers who prioritise quality and sustainability. Our Shilajit comes from the Himalayan region and is purified to ensure safe use in traditional wellness practices.
