Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and regions across South Africa. If you are in a remote area, delivery times may be slightly longer, and additional fees may apply.

 

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Should there be any delay (e.g. stock issues or courier delays), we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.

 

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Main Centres: 1–3 business days

Outlying Areas: 3–5 business days

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Promotional offers such as free shipping will be applied automatically when applicable.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of your delivery.

 

6. Delivery Issues

We are not liable for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Missed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable

Lost or stolen parcels marked as “delivered” by the courier

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist.

 

7. Local Pickup

We do offer in-person collection or local pickup. All orders to be paid in full before collection.
